What’s Included in the Assistant Agent Course (NSW)
To legally start working in real estate in New South Wales, you’ll need to complete the first 5 core units of the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice — known as the Assistant Agent Course.
These units form the foundation of your real estate career, giving you the knowledge and certification required to apply for your Certificate of Registration and start working in the industry.
